That relationship begins only when we agree in writing to represent you. We keep what you tell us confidential either way, but please do not send original documents, and do not rely on us to meet a deadline, until we have confirmed that we can help.

Immigration rules, forms and fees change often. We work to keep this site current, but we cannot promise that every page is complete or up to date on the day you read it. Always confirm deadlines, fees and forms with us or on uscis.gov before you file anything.

We link to government agencies and community organizations we trust. We do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your information.

Donations

Gifts to Siouxland Immigration Services Inc. are voluntary and support our nonprofit work. A gift does not buy legal services and never affects how any case is handled. Contact us for information about donation receipts and tax documentation. Card payments are processed by our giving partner, and card details are never stored on this site. If you made a gift in error, email bonyalabee@msn.com within 30 days and we will work with you to put it right.
