Before you book

How to change a time, what appointments cost, and how we look after the details you give us.
Rescheduling and canceling
Plans change. Please call or text us at least one day before your appointment and we will find you a new time.
If something comes up on the day itself, call anyway. We would rather hear from you than miss you.
Fees and waivers
Screening calls, newcomer appointments and partner meetings are free. A full legal consultation is $50, and we waive it for anyone who cannot pay: just ask.
Filing fees charged by USCIS are separate from ours, and we prepare fee waiver requests whenever you qualify.
Your consent and privacy
When you book, you agree that we may call, text or email you about your appointment. We use your details only to arrange it, and we never share them with immigration enforcement.
Please keep private details for the appointment itself, rather than the booking note.
