We Are Here to Help
If you are an immigrant, refugee, or newcomer looking for assistance, you do not have to navigate the process alone. Siouxland Immigration Services can help you understand your options, connect with resources, and find support for your family's needs.
Step 1 of 4
In an emergency, call 911.
If you are not safe at home, the National Domestic Violence Hotline answers day and night, in many languages, at 1-800-799-7233. You can also text START to 88788.
Other ways to reach us
Reach us the way that works for you.
However you contact us, tell us your preferred language and how you would like us to reply: a call, a text or an email. We will answer that way.

Privacy and confidentiality
What you tell us stays private.
Asking for help should never put you or your family at risk. Here is how we protect what you share.
Confidential from the first call
Everything you share is kept confidential. Our attorneys and accredited representatives are bound by strict professional rules about what you tell them.
Never shared with enforcement
We do not share your information with immigration enforcement, and we never sell it to anyone.
You choose what to share
You do not have to tell us your immigration status to ask a question. Share what you are comfortable with, and we will explain why we ask for anything more.
Questions
Before you reach out.
What families ask us most when they first get in touch.
What happens after I send my request?
Someone on our team reads every request the same day and replies within one business day, in your language and the way you asked us to reply. If a consultation is the right next step, we help you book one.
I am undocumented. Is it safe to contact you?
Yes. What you tell us is confidential and protected by attorney client privilege. We do not share your information with immigration enforcement, and we will tell you honestly what options may be open to you.
What does a consultation cost?
Screening calls are free. A full legal consultation is $50, and we waive it for any family who cannot pay. Application fees charged by USCIS are separate, and we file fee waivers whenever you qualify.
How do I book a consultation?
Choose a time on our booking page, call us, or walk in during office hours. You will get a confirmation with the date, time, format and what to bring.
Can I meet by phone or video?
Yes. Every consultation can be in person at our office, by phone, or on a secure video call. Choose the one that works for your shift and your family.
Can you help if I live outside Sioux City?
Yes. Many clients meet us by phone or video, and our Storm Lake clinic runs every second Thursday. We work with families across northwest Iowa, northeast Nebraska and southeast South Dakota.
